We provide a variety of party packages suitable for any size gathering. Whether it's a birthday, baby shower, gender reveal, or a family event, our versatile options have you covered! Our packages are designed to suit all occasions, ensuring unforgettable memories no matter the celebration. From booking to the big day, we are committed to delivering a fun and stress-free experience, allowing you to relax and enjoy your child's special day to the fullest.

Tuesday –Thursday: Starting at $349

Time Slots: 10am-12pm, 12:30pm-2:30pm

 

Friday: Starting at $349

Time Slots: 10am-12pm, 12:30pm-2:30pm, 3pm-5pm

  • Package includes the following:

  • Admission for up to 14 kids (Extra charge for additional kids. *Max room capacity is 40 kids

  • Online invitations 

  • No outside food/drinks 

  • Spacious private room with TV and speakers

  • 2 hours of play time & use of private room

  • Tablecloth, plates, utensils, and napkins provided.

  • Slice of pizza per child, snack, and choice of drink 

  • All food/drinks must be purchased at Jump N Play

  • Complimentary coffee for the birthday child's parents

  • Complimentary open-play session pass for birthday child for future use

  • Our pizzas are generously double cut, ensuring every slice is perfect for little hands to enjoy.

  • There will be a Clean-up charge up to $100 for excessive food stains on the carpet floors in party room and play area.

Saturday: Starting at $399

Time Slots: 10am-12pm, 12:30pm-2:30pm, 3pm-5pm

We are excited to announce that we now offer private parties on Saturdays starting at $699. For availability, please contact us via phone or email.

  • Package includes the following:

  • No outside food/drinks 

  • Spacious private room with TV and speakers

  • 2 hours of play time & use of private room 

  • Tablecloth, plates, utensils, and napkins provided

  • Slice of pizza per child, snack, and choice of drink

  • All food/drinks must be purchased at Jump N Play

  • Complimentary coffee for the birthday child's parents 

  • Complimentary open-play session pass for birthday child for future use

Sunday PRIVATE EVENT Starting at $699

Time Slots: 10am-12pm, 1pm-3pm

  • Package includes the following:

  • Use of entire facility (Excludes use of cafe area)

  • 2 hours of play time & private room time

  • Max capacity of 75 total guests 

  • Online invitations

  • Tablecloth, plates, utensils, and napkins provided

  • Slice of pizza per child, snack, and choice of drink

  • You may bring in your own food and drink for the guests at no additional charge.

  • Complimentary coffee for birthday child's parents 

  • BYOB available

  • Complimentary open-play session pass for birthday child for future use

Weather Policy

If we cancel due to weather related reasons, you will receive a full refund IF we cannot reschedule you within 2 weeks.

If we remain open for the day, and you cancel due to weather related reasons, you will not receive a refund.

We try our best to remain open, but if the weather conditions are dangerous for our staff and our customers, we will be closed. 

Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule your party to any available date free of charge with 4 weeks' notice.  If you choose to cancel completely, we require 6 weeks' notice for a full refund, less the non-refundable deposit.

Refunds are subject to a $20 charge.  Deposits are non-refundable.

 

To cancel, YOU MUST CALL 267-500-2954 AND send an email to info.jumpnplay@gmail.com with the confirmation number, full name and date (found in the email confirmation) and wait for a return email confirming your cancellation.

Setting up for birthday party

Only birthday child and direct family members (siblings, parents, grandparents) may arrive 15 minutes early prior to your scheduled party time. Other guests will have to wait until the party starts. The birthday child may play all they want before the party scheduled time.

Party Room Terms & Conditions

 

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your party time to check-in and set up.

  • Bill must be paid during check out.

  • For private party's strong odor foods are not permitted.

  • Must confirm guest count within 48 hours and no adjustments can be made after that.

  • There will be a $100 charge for every 30 minutes you go over your scheduled party time.

  •  We will email you 1 week prior to your party to confirm headcount and menu order.

  • Please let us know if you will be bringing your own themed tablecloths, napkins, and/or plates.

  • No outside food or drinks are allowed. All food/drinks must be purchased at Jump N Play.

  • Birthday cake(s) or Cupcakes, balloons, cake cutter and candles are permitted. Please bring your own cake cutter, lighter, candles.

  • Nails/holes in the wall, confetti, piñatas, or silly string are NOT permitted.  $50 charge for nails/holes in wall, confetti, pinatas, or silly strings.

  • Excessive Cleaning charge up to $100 will be applied if excess cleaning is needed for your party.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gifts.

  • Prices are subject to change.

  • Outside entertainment is not permitted.

  • Feel free to use the TV speakers for your party room as music is not played in the party room.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Party date/time can only be rescheduled ONCE via email request at least 2 weeks prior to your party.

All party packages include

  • Set up includes tablecloth, utensils, napkins, and drinks. Additional set up including decorations will be the responsibility of the parents.

  • You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your reservation time, if availability permits.  Please inquire ahead. 

  • Our pizzas are served as a large pie, double cut for perfect portions for all the little party guests.

  • Grip socks are required and available to purchase for $3 per pair.

  • Tipping is not required but appreciated.

Room Reservations

Room reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid. It is recommended to reserve your party at least 1 month in advance.  If you place a deposit over the weekend, we will get back to you early the following week.
