    If your group exceeds 10 children, the reservation will be automatically upgraded to our $449.99 party package

  • Our party packages are self-hosted, giving you the flexibility to plan your celebration your way.

  • Staff will be available for assistance, but a dedicated host is not included.

  • No outside food or drinks are allowed; all food and beverages must be purchased from Jump N Play.

Party Room Terms & Conditions

Arrival & Setup

  • Party hosts may arrive 15 minutes early to set up.

  • Only the host may arrive early — all other guests should arrive at the scheduled party start time.

Guest Guidelines

  • No limit on adult guests, but please consider room capacity.

  • Party rooms can accommodate up to 40 children; excess adults may lead to crowding.

  • Adults are welcome to use benches in the main play area for comfort.

Payments & Charges

  • Full payment is due at checkout.

  • A $100 fee applies for each additional 30 minutes past your scheduled party time.

  • Prices are subject to change.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

Clean-Up & Decor Guidelines

  • A staff member will arrive 10–15 minutes before your party ends to start clean-up and prep for the next event.

  • $100 cleaning fee for spills outside the party room or café.

  • Food and drinks must be enjoyed in designated areas only.

Not Allowed:

❌ Nails/holes in walls

❌$50 charge for nails/holes in wall, confetti, pinatas, or silly strings.

Food & Beverage Policy

  • For non-private parties, no outside food or drinks are allowed. All food must be purchased from Jump N Play.

  • Private parties: Strong odor foods are not permitted.

  • You may bring:
    ✔️ Birthday cakes or cupcakes
    ✔️ Cake cutter and candles

Party Planning & Confirmation

  • We’ll email you one week before the party with a final checklist to confirm everything for your child’s celebration.

  • Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours in advance — no changes can be made after that.

  • Party date/time may be rescheduled once with at least 4 weeks' notice via email.

  • Jump N Play is not responsible for lost or stolen gifts.

  • Outside entertainment is not permitted.

Party Setup & Details

  • Setup includes Tablecloth, utensils, napkins, and drinks.

  • Additional decorations are the responsibility of the parents.​

  • Kids pizza: served as a large pie, double cut for easy portions.

  • As part of the party package, plates, utensils, and napkins are provided for all children.

  • If you're bringing additional food or drinks for the adults, please kindly bring plates, utensils, and cups for your guests. For private events, don't forget to bring a cooler and ice if you are bringing drinks for the guests.

  • Grip socks: Required and available for $3 per pair.

  • Tipping: While entirely optional, tips are greatly appreciated by our team.

Room Reservations

 

  • Room reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid. It is recommended to reserve your party at least 6 months in advance.  If you place a deposit over the weekend, we will get back to you early the following week.

 

  • PRICES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE

🌦️ Weather Policy

  • If we cancel due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund if we cannot reschedule within 2 weeks.

  • If we remain open and you cancel due to weather, no refund will be given.

  • We aim to stay open but will close if conditions are unsafe.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

  • Reschedule with 4 weeks' notice at no charge.

  • Cancel with 6 weeks' notice for a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Refunds are subject to a $35 fee.

🎈Party Setup

  • Only the birthday child and immediate family (siblings, parents, grandparents) may arrive 15 minutes early.

  • The birthday child can play before the scheduled party time.

Parental Supervision Always Required

No outside food is allowed, except for baby formula/food.

Kids must wear anti-slip socks for safety; available for purchase on-site. Adults must also wear socks—bare feet are not allowed.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times; Jump N Play does not provide supervision.

Jump N Play strives to be nut-free, but we cannot guarantee the absence of nut traces.
