We offer a range of party packages for birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals, and more, ensuring an unforgettable experience. Our packages are flexible and designed for stress-free fun, letting you focus on enjoying the day.
Please note, our packages do not include a host, so you can set your schedule to fit the celebration.

Weather Policy:
If we cancel due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund if we cannot reschedule within 2 weeks. If we remain open and you cancel due to weather, no refund will be given. We aim to stay open, but will close if conditions are unsafe.
Cancellation Policy:
You may reschedule with 4 weeks' notice at no charge. Cancellations require 6 weeks' notice for a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Refunds are subject to a $35 fee.
To cancel, call 267-500-2954 and email info.jumpnplay@gmail.com with your confirmation number, full name, and party date for confirmation.
Party Setup:
Only the birthday child and immediate family (siblings, parents, grandparents) may arrive 15 minutes early. Other guests must wait until the party starts. The birthday child can play before the scheduled party time.

Our Services

Party Room Terms & Conditions

Party hosts can arrive 15 minutes early to set up. Please note that only the party host is allowed to arrive early for setup. All other party guests must arrive at the start of the party.

Adults are welcome to join the celebration without a limit, but please keep the room capacity in mind. Our party rooms can accommodate up to 40 children, and a higher number of adults may lead to a crowded atmosphere. Adults can enjoy the benches in the main play area for a comfortable experience

Bill must be paid during check out.

For private party's strong odor foods are not permitted.

Must confirm guest count within 72 hours and no adjustments can be made after that.

There will be a $100 charge for every 30 minutes you go over your scheduled party time.

We will email you 1 week prior to your party to confirm headcount and menu order.

Please let us know if you will be bringing your own themed tablecloths, napkins, and/or plates.

No outside food or drinks are allowed for non-private parties. All food/drinks must be purchased at Jump N Play.

Birthday cake(s) or Cupcakes, balloons, cake cutter and candles are permitted. Please bring a cake cutter, lighter, candles.

Nails/holes in the wall, confetti, piñatas, or silly string are NOT permitted. $50 charge for nails/holes in wall, confetti, pinatas, or silly strings.

A $100 cleaning fee will apply for any food or drink spills throughout the facility, including the play area. Please ensure guests enjoy food and drinks only in the party room or café. Thank you!

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gifts.

Party date/time can only be rescheduled ONCE via email request at least 4 weeks prior to your party.

Set up includes tablecloth, utensils, napkins, and drinks. Additional set up including decorations will be the responsibility of the parents.

You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your reservation time, if availability permits. Please inquire ahead.

Our pizzas are served as a large pie, double cut for perfect portions for all the little party guests.

Grip socks are required and available to purchase for $3 per pair.

Tipping is not required but appreciated.
