Arrival & Setup

• Party hosts may arrive 15 minutes early to set up.

• Only the host may arrive early — all other guests should arrive at the scheduled party start time.

Guest Guidelines

​

• No limit on adult guests, but please consider room capacity.

• Party rooms can accommodate up to 35 children; excess adults may lead to crowding.

• Adults are welcome to use benches in the main play area for comfort.

• For standard parties you can add up to 35 kids. (Every additional child is $20)

Payments & Charges

​

• Full payment is due at checkout.

• A $100 fee applies for each additional 30 minutes past your scheduled party time.

• Prices are subject to change.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

Clean-Up & Decor Guidelines

​

• A staff member will arrive 10–15 minutes before your party ends to start clean-up and prep for the next event.

• $100 cleaning fee for spills outside the party room or café.

• Food and drinks must be enjoyed in designated areas only.

Not Allowed:

❌ Nails/holes in walls

❌ To help keep party areas clean and avoid spills, we’re unable to allow ice cream or ice cream cakes for parties.

❌ Decorations with Glitter/Confetti

❌$50 charge for nails/holes in wall, confetti, pinatas, or silly strings.

Allowed Decor:

 

✅ Centerpieces (plastic, cardboard, or foam)
✅ non-glitter table runners
✅ Themed figurines & props
✅ Fabric or vinyl photo backdrops (freestanding or clipped)
✅ Themed banners (hung with painter’s tape/command hooks)
✅ Helium balloons (tied to weights or taped to chairs)
✅Starting April 1, we’ve made it easy to add balloons to your celebration! Balloons can be ordered directly through our partner, Up in the Air Balloons. Outside balloons aren’t permitted, so you can skip the extra errands and focus on enjoying the party.
✅ Battery-operated string lights
✅ LED candles or fairy lights
✅ Welcome signs or easels
✅ Foam or chalkboard-style signs
✅ Themed tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, & utensils (non-glitter)
✅ Cake toppers & cupcake picks

Food & Beverage Policy

​

• For non-private parties, no outside food or drinks are allowed. All food must be purchased from Jump N Play.

• Private parties: Strong odor foods are not permitted.

• You may bring:
  ✔️ Birthday cakes or cupcakes
  ✔️ Cake cutter and candles

Party Planning & Confirmation

​

• We’ll email you one week before the party with a final checklist to confirm everything for your child’s celebration.

​

• Please check your spam/junk folder, as it may occasionally land there.

​

• Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours in advance — no changes can be made after that.

​

• Party date/time may be rescheduled once with at least 4 weeks' notice via email.
