Arrival & Setup

Party hosts may arrive 15 minutes early to set up.

Only the host may arrive early — all other guests should arrive at the scheduled party start time.

Guest Guidelines

No limit on adult guests, but please consider room capacity.
-
Party rooms can accommodate up to 35 children; excess adults may lead to crowding.
-
Adults are welcome to use benches in the main play area for comfort.

For standard parties you can add up to 35 kids. (Every additional child is $20)

Payments & Charges

Full payment is due at checkout.

A $100 fee applies for each additional 30 minutes past your scheduled party time.

Clean-Up & Decor Guidelines
-
A staff member will arrive 10–15 minutes before your party ends to start clean-up and prep for the next event.
-
$100 cleaning fee for spills outside the party room or café.

Food and drinks must be enjoyed in designated areas only.
Not Allowed:
❌ Nails/holes in walls
❌ To help keep party areas clean and avoid spills, we’re unable to allow ice cream or ice cream cakes for parties.
❌ Decorations with Glitter/Confetti
❌$50 charge for nails/holes in wall, confetti, pinatas, or silly strings.
Allowed Decor:
✅ Centerpieces (plastic, cardboard, or foam)

✅ Fabric or vinyl photo backdrops (freestanding or clipped)

✅Starting April 1, we’ve made it easy to add balloons to your celebration! Balloons can be ordered directly through our partner, Up in the Air Balloons. Outside balloons aren’t permitted, so you can skip the extra errands and focus on enjoying the party.

For non-private parties, no outside food or drinks are allowed. All food must be purchased from Jump N Play.

Party Planning & Confirmation

We’ll email you one week before the party with a final checklist to confirm everything for your child’s celebration.

Please check your spam/junk folder, as it may occasionally land there.

Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours in advance — no changes can be made after that.

Party date/time may be rescheduled once with at least 4 weeks' notice via email.

Party Setup & Details

Setup includes Tablecloth, utensils, napkins, and drinks.

Additional decorations are the responsibility of the parents.

Kids pizza: served as a large pie, double cut for easy portions.

As part of the party package, plates, utensils, and napkins are provided for all children.

If you're bringing additional food or drinks for the adults, please kindly bring plates, utensils, and cups for your guests. For private events, don't forget to bring a cooler and ice if you are bringing drinks for the guests.

Grip socks: Required and available for $3 per pair.

Tipping: While entirely optional, tips are greatly appreciated by our team.

Room Reservations

Room reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid. It is recommended to reserve your party at least 6 months in advance. If you place a deposit over the weekend, we will get back to you early the following week.

🌦️ Weather Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.
-
If we need to cancel your party due to weather, the deposit remains non-refundable. Refunds will only apply to parties that have been paid in full, and only for the amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit. Any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded only if we are unable to offer any available reschedule dates within two (2) weeks. If dates are available within that two-week window but are declined by the customer, no refunds will be issued.

If we remain open and you choose to cancel due to weather or personal concerns, no refund will be provided.

We make every effort to remain open and honor scheduled parties; however, we reserve the right to close if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.

Reschedule with 4 weeks' notice at no charge.

Cancel with 6 weeks' notice for a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Refunds are subject to a $35 fee.

🎉Party Final Headcount
& Pricing

To ensure everything is ready for your celebration, the final headcount and pricing for party packages is locked in 3 days before the party.

While we’re happy to accommodate additional guests, our system doesn’t allow the headcount to be lowered once it’s finalized. We really appreciate your understanding!
