Q: When is the latest I can walk in or book online for your Fall/Winter hours?
A: Walk-ins and online bookings are accepted until 1:00 PM on Wednesdays and Fridays. You’re also welcome to drop in anytime during open play!
Q: Can I reschedule my child's open play session if they’re not feeling well?
A: Yes, we’re happy to help you reschedule if your child is unwell. Please contact us via phone or email to arrange a new session date and time.
Q: What if my child isn’t feeling well?
A: For everyone’s safety, we ask that children showing signs of illness (coughing, fever, etc.) not enter the facility. If a child vomits or has a nosebleed, they will be kindly asked to leave, with no refunds. Children with casts or medical conditions should refrain from playing, although guardians are responsible for making the final decision.
Q: Why have the hours changed for the spring and summer seasons?
A: We adjust our schedule to better align with the season. Thanks so much for your understanding as we transition into the season.
Q: Why do you charge for additional adults?
A: We charge for additional adults due to capacity limitations in our facility. This helps us maintain a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests while ensuring there is enough space for everyone to have fun. We appreciate your understanding!
Q: What happens if weather conditions cause a closure?
A: Please be advised that Jump N Play may close due to unforeseen weather conditions, including hazardous road conditions and other safety concerns, all with the goal of keeping our customers and staff safe. If we are closed on the day you have purchased an open play session, a credit will be applied to your account for use during a future visit. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check our website or social media for real-time updates on closures.
Q: Do adults need to wear socks at Jump N Play?
A: Yes, all adults MUST wear socks in the facility, even if they are not playing with their child. Shoes should be removed and stored in the cubbies.
Q: Do children need to wear specific socks?
A: Yes, children MUST wear grip socks for safety and traction while playing.
Q: What should I do before attending a birthday party?
A: Please sign our waiver online before coming in (required for all children). Don’t forget to bring socks for everyone in your party.
Q: Can I leave and return on the same day? Is there an additional fee?
A: No re-entries are allowed at this time. You and your child are welcome to enjoy your 2-hour session.
Q: Do you sell snacks and drinks?
A: Yes, we offer a variety of snacks and drinks for both kids and adults.
Q: Why does Jump N Play close every 2 hours?
A: To maintain a clean and safe environment, we clean and sanitize the facility after each session. While we strive to minimize illness risk, we cannot guarantee prevention.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All purchases are final. However, if your child is sick, we are happy to reschedule your open play session. Please contact us for rescheduling.
Q: Why can’t I add an additional sibling/adult when booking a session?
A: If the session is full, you may not be able to add extra guests. Please try selecting a different time slot or check back for availability.
Q: How do I book an Open Play Session with a Play Pass/Annual Pass?
A: No booking is required. Simply check in at the front desk. Please contact us for information on current capacity or business hours.
Q: Why don’t you have many photos showing all of your activities?
A: We like to keep a little mystery! By sharing only, a selection of our activities.
