Q: Can I bring cake and food to celebrate a birthday for my child at Jump N Play without booking a birthday party?
A: Unfortunately, outside food, balloons, and decorations are not allowed during open play. To host a birthday celebration at Jump N Play, a birthday party must be booked through us. We offer various party packages to help make your special day fun and memorable!
Q: How do I know how many kids to include in the final count for the party?
A: Please include any child who will be seated in the party room for pizza, cake, or snacks. This helps us prepare the right amount of food, seating, and supplies.

Mini Party Note: For mini parties, if your total child count exceeds 10 children, we would need to switch your celebration to our standard party package, which includes up to 14 children.

Q: What happens if there’s bad snow or unsafe road conditions on the day of our party?
A: Your safety is our top priority! If weather or road conditions make travel unsafe for you or our team, we’re happy to help you reschedule to the next available date. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can inform our staff and the pizza shop about the change. This way, we can ensure everyone stays safe and enjoys the party when arriving.
Q: Can I have a joint party with a friend?
A: At this time, joint parties are only available for siblings in the same immediate family
Q: How much is each additional kid after the standard 14 kids included in the birthday party package?
A: Each additional 4 kids will cost $75.
Q: How do I get a discount on a party booking as an Annual Pass holder?
A: After you’ve booked your party, just send us an email letting us know you’re an Annual Pass holder. We’ll confirm your pass and apply the discount to your booking.
Q: How do I redeem my free birthday open play credit?
A: Just come in and let the front desk staff know you're here to redeem your free birthday open play credit—no need to book in advance!
Q: Where do I go to send e-invitations?
A: Please visit and log in to https://jumpnplaypa.aluvii.com/guest/Login/Login and go to "My Bookings" to send your e-invitations.
Q: Can I place decorations on the walls?
A: Decorations may be hung using thumb tacks or painter’s tape only. Please avoid using regular tape or other adhesives. You may be held responsible for any wall damage.
Q: Are balloons with confetti allowed?
A: No balloons with confetti, please.
Q: Can we bring outside drinks?
A: Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless parties is booked as a private party.
Q: How do I book a party at Jump N Play?
A: You can book your party online via our website or in person at the front desk. After placing your deposit, we will contact you within 3-4 business days to confirm the party details.
Q: How early can we access the party room?
A: You may arrive 10-15 minutes before your party to set up, based on availability. This is not guaranteed, so please notify us if you need any special accommodations. All other guests should arrive at the scheduled party time.
Q: Do my guests need to bring socks?
A: Yes, everyone must wear socks. Guests may bring their own, or purchase socks for $3 at the front desk.
Q: What happens after I make my deposit?
A: We’ll send a confirmation email within 3-4 business days with your party details. Be sure to send your guests the waiver form to speed up check-in on the day of the party.
Q: Can we bring a birthday cake or cupcakes?
A: Yes, you can bring a cake or cupcakes. We can also refrigerate items upon request.
Q: Can we move tables and chairs in the party room?
A: Yes, as long as the room is returned to its original layout after the party.

Q: Can I hire outside entertainment for my party?

A: Yes, all adults MUST wear socks while in the facility.
