Can I reschedule my child's open play session if they’re not feeling well?
Yes, we’re happy to help you reschedule if your child is unwell. Please contact us via phone or email to arrange a new session date and time.
Why do you charge for additional adults?
We charge for additional adults due to capacity limitations in our facility. This helps us maintain a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests while ensuring there is enough space for everyone to have fun. We appreciate your understanding!
Weather-Related Closures
Please be advised that Jump N Play may close due to unforeseen weather conditions, including hazardous road conditions and other safety concerns, all with the goal of keeping our customers and staff safe. If we are closed on the day, you have purchased an open play session, a credit will be applied to your account for use during a future visit. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check our website or social media for real-time updates on closures.
Do adults need to wear socks at Jump N Play?
Yes, all adults must wear socks in the facility, even if they are not playing with their child. Shoes should be removed and stored in the cubbies.
Do children need to wear specific socks?
Yes, children must wear grip socks for safety and traction while playing.
What should I do before attending a birthday party?
Please sign our waiver online before coming in (required for all children). Don’t forget to bring socks for everyone in your party.
Can I leave and return on the same day? Is there an additional fee?
No re-entries are allowed at this time. You and your child are welcome to enjoy your 2-hour session.
Do you sell snacks and drinks?
Yes, we offer a variety of snacks and drinks for both kids and adults.
What if my child isn’t feeling well?
For everyone’s safety, we ask that children showing signs of illness (coughing, fever, etc.) not enter the facility. If a child vomits or has a nosebleed, they will be asked to leave, with no refunds. Children with casts or medical conditions should refrain from playing, although guardians are responsible for making the final decision.
Why does Jump N Play close every 2 hours?
To maintain a clean and safe environment, we clean and sanitize the facility after each session. While we strive to minimize illness risk, we cannot guarantee prevention.
What is your refund policy?
All purchases are final. However, if your child is sick, we are happy to reschedule your open play session. Please contact us for rescheduling.
Why can’t I add an additional sibling/adult when booking a session?
If the session is full, you may not be able to add extra guests. Please try selecting a different time slot or check back for availability.
How do I book an Open Play Session with a Play Pass/Annual Pass?
No booking is required. Simply check in at the front desk. Please contact us for information on current capacity or business hours.
Birthday Party Questions
Can I bring cake and food to celebrate a birthday for my child at Jump N Play without booking a birthday party?
Unfortunately, outside food, balloons, and decorations are not allowed during open play. To host a birthday celebration at Jump N Play, a birthday party must be booked through us. We offer various party packages to help make your special day fun and memorable!
Can I place decorations on the walls?
Decorations may be hung using thumb tacks or painter’s tape only. Please avoid using regular tape or other adhesives. You may be held responsible for any wall damage.
Can we bring outside drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed due to potential allergens.
How do I book a party at Jump N Play?
You can book your party online via our website or in person at the front desk. After placing your deposit, we will contact you within 3-4 business days to confirm the party details.
How early can we access the party room?
You may arrive 10-15 minutes before your party to set up, based on availability. This is not guaranteed, so please notify us if you need any special accommodations.
Do my guests need to bring socks?
Yes, everyone must wear socks. Guests may bring their own, or purchase socks for $3 at the front desk.
What happens after I make my deposit?
We’ll send a confirmation email within 3-4 business days with your party details. Be sure to send your guests the waiver form to speed up check-in on the day of the party.
Can we bring a birthday cake or cupcakes?
Yes, you can bring a cake or cupcakes. Let our staff know when you arrive so we can assist with storing and displaying it. We can also refrigerate items upon request.
Can we move tables and chairs in the party room?
Yes, as long as the room is returned to its original layout after the party.
How do I send the liability waiver for my guests?

When can I arrive to set up for my party?
Party hosts can arrive 15 minutes early. Only the host is allowed to arrive early for setup; all other guests should arrive at the scheduled party time.
Can I hire outside entertainment for my party?
Outside entertainment must be booked through us. If you wish to hire a different provider, please email us for approval. A $75 fee will apply.
